Gosforth High Street is a very popular residential area with it’s local pubs and restaurants. This is a perfect place to live if you want to be outside of the city centre where it is quieter but close enough to travel in for work nights out or a days shopping. Heaton is the token student area of Newcastle, and is where you’ll find your very own quaint Victorian terraced property. For a very reasonable fee, you can bag yourself THE student pad among all of your required amenities. Spend a little time exploring both Heaton Road and Chillingham Road, snapping up no end of bargains from the many independent retailers. The Grocery is the ‘cool veg shop’ that will ensure you get your 5-a-day, but if you’re feeling a little naughty, then you will be spoilt for choice by the endless cafes and cake shops.

Jesmond is a very popular, stylish and upmarket area of Newcastle, hugely popular with students and professionals alike.
